1. Platform Nature & Agreement

Welcome to STAY100%. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and website. STAY100% operates strictly as an online discovery system and directory ecosystem that connects users with independent third-party property vendors, PGs, and landlords.

Please Note: STAY100% does not facilitate online transactions, payments, or automated digital bookings. Our system serves as an information marketplace to view verified properties and contact listed vendors directly. For data inquiries, check our Privacy Policy.

2. Vendor Listing Policies

Vendors who register and display their PG, studio rooms, or luxury apartments on STAY100% agree to the following visibility conditions:

• Accurate Information: Vendors must provide genuine images, actual amenities list, and true contact desk details.
• Direct Coordination: Since no online booking exists, vendors must handle physical site visits, tenant verification, and queries professionally when contacted via our platform links.
• No Misleading Pricing: The room/bed rents displayed must match the final offline offer presented during the physical meeting.

3. User & Visitor Guidelines

Users searching for properties through the STAY100% listings agree to these terms:

• Physical Verification: Users are highly encouraged to physically visit the selected PG or room setup and confirm all features before signing any offline tenancy agreement.
• Genuine Leads: The platform data fields and contact buttons must be used only for authentic property exploration and lead connections.

4. Offline Rental Agreements & Disclaimers

Because STAY100% does not manage the active transaction loop:

All rental contracts, rent collections, security deposit terms, and notice periods are negotiated and finalized directly between the tenant and the property vendor offline. STAY100% is not a party to any lease or transactional contract signed between the parties.

5. Limitation of Operational Liability

STAY100% acts as an information vector. We do not hold legal liability for sudden changes in offline room availability, service deficiencies inside the premises, or disagreements regarding rent payments between the landlord and resident. However, if a vendor repeatedly provides inaccurate list profiles, we reserve the right to remove their platform visibility.
